Forged Steel Valves
Our Forged Steel Valves are designed for high-pressure, high-temperature service in the most demanding industrial environments. Unlike cast valves, these are forged from solid steel blocks, ensuring superior grain structure and mechanical strength.
Working Principle
The valve utilizes a precision-machined wedge or ball that moves linearly to block or allow flow. The forged body eliminates any potential for porosity, providing a leak-proof barrier under extreme pressure cycles.
Key Features
- Compact and robust design
- Low pressure drop across seat
- Precision-machined internals
- Anti-blowout stem design
Applications
- Petrochemical Refineries
- High Pressure Steam Lines
- Thermal Power Plants
- Gas Processing Facilities
Advantages
- Superior mechanical strength
- Zero porosity in body
- Long service life expectancy
- Minimal maintenance required
Technical Specs
Bellow Life: 5000 to 10,000 cycles
Temperature: Up to 450°C
Standards: API 602, ASME B16.34
Bellow Seal Valves
Specifically engineered for applications involving hazardous, toxic, or expensive fluids where any stem leakage is unacceptable. The bellow seal provides a permanent metallic barrier between the fluid and the atmosphere.
Working Principle
A flexible metal bellow is welded to the stem and the bonnet. When the stem moves, the bellow expands or contracts, maintaining a hermetic seal that prevents fluid from reaching the gland packing area.
Key Features
- Multi-ply bellow construction
- Secondary safety packing
- Visual position indicator
- Anti-friction bearings
Applications
- Chemical Processing
- Nuclear Power Plants
- Vacuum Services
- Toxic Gas Handling
Advantages
- Zero fugitive emissions
- Protects environment
- Reduces fluid loss costs
- Enhanced safety for operators
Technical Specs
Pressure: Up to 6000 PSI / 10,000 PSI
Sizes: 1/4" to 1"
Ends: NPT, BSP, Socket Weld
Needle Valves
Precision-engineered for accurate flow regulation and metering. Our needle valves feature a tapered pin that allows for gradual and fine adjustment of flow in small diameter piping systems.
Working Principle
The valve uses a needle-shaped plunger on the end of a screw-in stem. As the stem is turned, the needle moves into or out of the seat, creating a very small and precisely controllable orifice.
Key Features
- Hardened needle tip
- Thread-rolled stem
- Vee-point or Regulating tip
- Panel mountable design
Applications
- Instrumentation Panels
- Laboratory Equipment
- Pressure Gauges isolation
- Hydraulic Systems
Advantages
- Extremely fine flow control
- High pressure capability
- Compact space-saving size
- Very reliable shut-off
Technical Specs
Design: Lubricated or Non-Lubricated
Ports: Regular, Venturi, or Full Port
Standards: API 599, API 6D
Plug Valves
High-performance plug valves designed for reliable bubble-tight shutoff. These valves are ideal for slurry applications and high-cycle services where traditional valves might fail due to sediment buildup.
Working Principle
The valve uses a cylindrical or tapered plug with one or more hollow passages. A 90-degree turn of the stem aligns the passage with the flow path or blocks it completely, providing quick and efficient operation.
Key Features
- Quick quarter-turn operation
- Minimum space for installation
- Self-cleaning seating surface
- High flow capacity
Applications
- Slurry and Abrasive Media
- Natural Gas Pipelines
- Pulp and Paper Industry
- Wastewater Treatment
Advantages
- Extremely reliable shutoff
- Low maintenance design
- Long life in abrasive service
- Easy to automate
Technical Specs
Operation: Manual, Pneumatic, or Gear
Jacketing: Optional Steam/Hot Oil Jacket
Materials: SS 304, SS 316, Hastelloy
Flush Bottom Valves
Essential for the complete drainage of tanks and reactors. These valves are designed to eliminate "dead space" at the bottom of vessels, ensuring no residue is left behind after discharge.
Working Principle
The valve is mounted directly to the bottom flange of a vessel. The disc moves upward into the tank (Disc Opening Up) or downward into the valve body (Disc Opening Down) to allow high-capacity drainage.
Key Features
- Zero dead space design
- Flush seating with vessel floor
- Integrated crust breaker
- High flow coefficient (Cv)
Applications
- Pharmaceutical Reactors
- Chemical Mixing Tanks
- Food & Beverage Storage
- Dyeing and Textile Vats
Advantages
- Ensures 100% product recovery
- Prevents clogging at outlet
- Easy cleaning (CIP/SIP)
- Sturdy for heavy duty usage
